Referencing Fee: The equivalent of one quarter of one month’s rent (plus VAT currently at 20%) (minimum charge £120.00 inclusive of VAT) which is our referencing fee, and is per property. NON REFUNDABLE
Tenancy Agreement fee: £78.00 (inclusive of VAT). NON REFUNDABLE
Deposit: usually the equivalent of one month’s rent plus an additional £100 as a deposit. Pet deposit: an additional £300.00
Early termination fee: £120.00 (inclusive of VAT at 20%)
Renewal Fee: The renewal fee will be the equivalent of one week’s rent (plus VAT at 20%) (minimum fee £120.00 including VAT at 20%) and the Tenancy Agreement fee of £78.00 (including VAT).
Breach of Tenancy Agreement fee: £60.00 inclusive of VAT per hour
Extra/Missed Management Inspection fee: £60.00 inclusive of VAT per hour.
Failure to cancel Standing order fee: £48.00 inclusive of VAT
Agent organizing for: any repairs/replacements/cleaning/returning items to their proper places at the end of the Tenancy: £48.00 per hour or part thereof inclusive of VAT.
Payments made to third parties: £48.00 Inclusive of VAT on the insructions of the tenant eg: cleaners, utility companies, such payments made from the Tenants deposit with their written agreement.
