We ensure each property is assessed by the Principal, Andrew Walker, for its advantages before it is placed on the open market. During this initial visit, matters will be discussed with the owner concerning any work that might be required to enhance the accommodation and possibly increase the monthly rental income, the current level of activity in the rental market, safety issues for rented accommodation and current legislation.
Andrew Walker Residential Letting is a Member Agent of The Dispute Service Ltd and the deposit may be held by the Member Agent under the terms of that scheme.
We are also a licensed member of ARLA Propertymark, whose aims and objectives we wholeheartedly support, and as a consequence we have Professional Indemnity Insurance and Client Money Protection Insurance.
