Rent Collection: 8 ½ % + VAT at 20% (10.2% Inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent for the term of the tenancy. Includes Viewings, collect first months’ rent and deposit, arrange future rent payment method, deduct any pre tenancy expenses. Collect rent, prepare & send invoice & statement on monthly basis. Advertising. Non resident tax advice.

Full Management: 12 ½ % + VAT at 20% (15% Inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent for the term of the tenancy. Includes viewings, collect first months’ rent and deposit, arrange future rent payment method, deduct any pre tenancy expenses, prepare & send invoice & statement on monthly basis. Investigate breaches of Tenancy Agreement including non/late rent payments. Undertake inspection visits. Arrange repairs and pay contractors from rental income. Hold keys. Advise statutory requirements. Advertising. Non resident tax advice.

Deposit Registration: with The Dispute Service: £60.00 inclusive of VAT.

Inventory Fee: Arranged by inventory clerk. £48.00 including VAT per hour or part

Refurbishment fee: 10% of contractors cost + VAT at 20%. (12% Inclusive of VAT)

Empty/Void period inspections: equivalent to 1 week’s rent + VAT at 20%

Tenancy Agreement Fee: £78.00 inclusive of VAT

Court Appearances Including travel to and from Court: £60.00 Inclusive of VAT
