Advertising. Non resident tax advice.

Full Management: 12 ½ % + VAT at 20% of the monthly rent for the term of the tenancy. Includes viewings, collect first months’ rent and deposit, arrange future rent payment method, deduct any pre tenancy expenses, prepare & send invoice & statement on monthly basis. Investigate breaches of Tenancy Agreement including non/late rent payments. Undertake inspection visits. Arrange repairs and pay contractors from rental income. Hold keys. Advise statutory requirements. Advertising. Non resident tax advice.

Deposit Registration: with The Dispute Service: £60.00 inclusive of VAT.

Inventory Fee: Arranged by inventory clerk. £48.00 including VAT per hour or part

Refurbishment fee: 10% of contractors cost + VAT at 20%.

Empty/Void period inspections: equivalent to 1 week’s rent + VAT at 20%

Tenancy Agreement Fee: £78.00 inclusive of VAT

Court Appearances Including travel to and from Court: £60.00 Inclusive of VAT
