Role: Lettings Property Manager
Background:
Andrew Walker Residential Letting is a long-established Lettings Agency based in central Bath, operating for over 25 years.
What you can expect:
You will be dealing with tenants, landlords and tradespersons co-ordinating maintenance and repairs as well as carrying out regular property visits, arranging tenancy renewals and deposit management, whilst maintaining and building strong client relationships. Full time position 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Some out of hours appointments may be required.
Required Skills:
A successful candidate must possess a strong character with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and administration skills are essential.
Full clean UK driving licence and car owner.
Previous experience of property management is preferred.
Competent in Microsoft Office.
Salary:
Salary dependant on experience.
