AWRL Ltd. operates under the trading name Andrew Walker Residential Letting. This Privacy Policy explains how AWRL Ltd. (“Andrew Walker Residential Letting”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our services.

· Provide the parties and their representatives, with whom you have indicated interest in contacting, with enough information to enable them to decide whether or not to enter into a contract with you and subsequently finalise a contract with you if they so choose.

· Negotiate on your behalf.

· Provide you with advice.

· Pay rent we have collected into your bank account.

· Where it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations with you.

· Where these is a legitimate interest and those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms as an individual.

· Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Data Processing & Sharing:

Where necessary, and in accordance with data protection legislation, we share information internally at AWRL Ltd. and with third parties as required and where we have a legal basis to do so.

We may share information where there is a legal, regulatory or professional obligation to disclose your personal information. Further, in order to comply with the relevant laws and rules for the protection of rights, protection of property and the safety of all parties past and present.

In order to fulfil our terms of contract with you, your personal data may be shared with our business partners such as lenders and insurers, advisers, agents, sub-contractors, lawyers and Government Agencies. We may also share your personal information with referencing agencies, customer service agencies, market researchers and other market agents for the purposes outlined previously.

All data is stored securely in the data centres of our service providers, which may at times be outside the UK. These data centres are certified to internationally recognised security standards (ISO 27018) which upholds standards of encryption, access controls and audit logs to protect personal data.

If we become aware of any data breach, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office and notify you in accordance with our legal obligations.

Your personal information will be kept for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, which may include meeting any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
